Policies

Before you confirm your appointment, make sure to check out our policies. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. By confirming your appointment, you're agreeing to our policy terms. Thanks!

Privacy

Your private information is never sold or shared outside of the salon organization. Only your service provider and necessary employees with traceable logins have access to your information, such as booking history, credit card details, and/or health history.

 

 

Your private information, including but not limited to appointment history, payment details, and/or health concerns, will be securely stored in our salon database. It will not be misused or shared outside of the organization. 

Your contact information is required in order for the salon to clearly communicate appointment details and reminders, product and marketing initiatives, and business announcements.

Late Arrivals

You will be granted a courtesy 5 minute grace period. After 5 minutes there will be a $1.50 charge for every minute thereafter until the 15 minute cut off. Any time over 15 minutes will be considered a last minute cancellation/reschedule. Keep in mind that being late cuts into your service time. The full service will be modified and abbreviated to fit within original scheduled appointment time. Services will remain at the full price despite being modified.

Cancellations

We require 24-hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment.  An appointment will be automatically cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late. It is the responsibility of the customer to remember their appointments. As a courtesy, a confirmation is made 24-hours in advance via email and text. Deposits are non-refundable. 

Refunds

Services received cannot be refunded. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction! If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please contact us via email within (3) days of your service. At that time, we will request required documentation, review, and address your concerns.

Deposits are Non refundable. 

Payments

We accept all major credit cards, Zelle and Apple Pay. We DO NOT accept cash payments at this time.  Payment is due upon arrival before the beginning of your service

To ensure that you receive the best experience from your service, we ask that you refrain from using any technological devices during the service. A space will be provided for personal items to be stored during the service.

Guests

We have a no guest policy. Only persons scheduled for the appointment should  be in attendance. Please make prior arrangements for childcare during your visit.

Left, Lost, Damaged

A designated space will be provided for storage during your service. We hold no responsibility for items that are left/lost/damaged. It is the responsibility of the customer to reach out pertaining to items that are left after a service. Items that are left will be considered abandoned after 5 days and will be discarded/donated accordingly.
